AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY

Monthly Meetings

Auxiliary Corner:

The ALA will celebrate itís 100th birthday on November 10, 2019. We will have a cake to celebrate on November 9th from 1 to 3 at the Post. Please join us.

The poppy sale that we held in September did very well. The proceeds will help us to provide a Christmas party for the veterans at Southwest Vets Center. We are going to have one more poppy sale at Samís on November 22nd & 23rd. We hope to have a very nice party.

We would like to congratulate Leigh Anne and Ed on their engagement. We wish them a happy life together.

Calendar tickets for the month of January, 2020 are coming soon. They will be on sale during November and December.

We are collecting items for OTA such as toiletries, non-perishable food items and small household goods. We will have a box at the Post for donations.

Allegheny County will hold their Christmas party on November 24th. See Mary Ann if you are interested in attending or for more details.

God Bless and Protect our Troops.
