AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY

Auxiliary Corner:

Thanks to all who attended the volunteer dinner at Southwestern Veteranís Center. A good time was had by all. Anne and I attended the spring conference in Dubois and have many new ideas for the next meeting.

Our poppy days are starting. The first one is May 24th, National Poppy Day. Please let me know if you can give the Veterans a few hours of your time.

Our Honor Guard will be at the Jefferson Memorial on Memorial Day. We will than meet at the Post.

Also, our meeting has been changed to the 3rd Monday of the month (May 20th) due to Memorial Day being on the 27th. Please donít forget that nominations and elections are that day.
